• Always ensure that your profile or post links are public and correct before placing an order. Wrong links or private accounts will not be eligible for refunds or refills.
• Once an order is submitted, it cannot be canceled or modified.
• Simultaneously placing multiple orders for the same link before the previous order is completed may result in incorrect delivery counts, for which Growth-Smm will not be responsible.

3. Refill & Guarantee Policy

Refill services are provided only for services that explicitly include a refill warranty description. If a drop occurs within the specified timeframe, users can open a support ticket with order details for verification and restoration.

4. Payments & Refunds

All funds added to your Growth-Smm account are final and non-refundable. Funds can only be utilized to purchase our platform services. Chargebacks or disputed transactions will result in immediate account termination.
